Our vision is a world where our grandchildren stand tall, stand equal and are able to enjoy a world of prosperity and opportunity reflected through improved housing, increased employment opportunities, better education outcomes and improved wellbeing.
Our Projects
Mount Pierre is actively seeking out ways to facilitate cultural knowledge transfer between the young people in our community and the older generation. Our Station is home to many important cultural heritage sites and we are looking forward to managing these in line with our strategic objective to preserve cultural authority and identity.
Leadership
We are committed to growing the next generation of confident leaders, grounded in culture and skilled in governance, business, and leadership. Our Junior (12–17) and Senior (18–35) Emerging Leaders programs incorporate cultural knowledge, language, and bush skills with governance, enterprise, and on-country experience, fostering pride, confidence, and strong leadership for the future.
Remote Jobs Funding
We’re delighted to have been successful in receiving funding to bring on board new casual staff as part of the Federal Government’s Remote Jobs and Economic Development Program! Our new employees will assist with tasks such as sorting and branding stock, fence repairs, kitchen/cooking assistance, boundary riding, grader operations, mustering, and gardening.
